PREPARE AND SUBMIT LEED CREDIT INTERPRETATION RULING REQUESTS TO USGBC PREPARE LEED ONLINE CERTIFICATION PACKAGE FOR SUBMITTAL TO USGBC (Design Application Review and Construction Application Review submittals)

 

COORDINATE RESPONSE TO USGBC REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION OR AUDIT ITEMS Coordinate resubmittal package to USGBC for clarification or denied LEED credits if needed Coordinate final appeal submittal to USGBC for appealed items if needed

 

COORDINATE FINAL LEED RATING, BUILDING PLAQUE, AND LEED RATING CERTIFICATES Write project case study to be included on USGBC/DOE database Assist Owner or its designated representative in publicizing final LEED project rating

 

COORDINATE IMPLEMENTATION OF LEED ACTION PLAN LEED requirements, submittals, and documentation for LEED Letter Templates with owners, architects, contractors, and other responsible parties on LEED teams.

 

DEVELOP SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING PLANS Coordination of ongoing C&D waste minimization, reuse, and recycling activities during project site clearance, demolition, and new construction. Monitor site activities and document monthly recycling and disposal rates, document C&D diversion by material types, and monitor C&D processing sites (source separation and mixed C&D debris) to which project C&D materials are delivered. Coordinate monthly and cumulative diversion and disposal reports and preparation of LEED Letter Template for Materials and Resources MR 2.1 + MR 2.2, Construction Waste Management, to be signed by Contractor and submitted to Owner or USGBC (electronic or on line submittal under LEED-NC Version 2.1 or Version 2.2)

 

DEVELOP AND MONITOR CONSTRUCTION IAQ MANAGEMENT PLAN During Construction and Prior to Occupancy Coordinate Baseline IAQ testing by independent IAQ testing consultant.
